The Ministry declared Dumbledore unfit
For his failure to defend
And so Tom Riddle thought the school was finally his
But he'd better think again!

Dumbledore is not as gone as some surmise For he's still with us in our hearts and in our minds

Professor Umbridge tried to get us all expelled
When she found our illegal meeting
Dumbledore claimed he had organized it all
But that he'd not go peacefully
With Dumbledore an outlaw wizard on the run
The ministry filled his position
But when they tried to call old Umbridge headmistress
The office wouldn't let her in!

While Dumbledore stood in the way So he gave Draco a quest to prove himself:
His headmaster, he'd have to slay
Draco's mum begged Snape to vow to aid the boy
In bringing Dumbledore's demise
And so that fateful night, he cursed the old man dead
With hate and anger in his eyes!

You-Know-Who thought he was finally free
Of the only one he ever feared
But Dumbledore will never truly be gone
As long as we are here!
