What to you is an eyesore, to me looks like suffering, and in that park they took shelter from the innescant rain. Som you took the roof off of it, to improve the "quality of life", or was it just so you wouldn't have to look at them. This city isn't nice, pretty, or clean. Fuck you and your "tourist revenue" dream. Keep it "World Class", sweep the dregs under the rug. This place is crumbling. This will not just go away
