A rough systolic murmur,
Drowning the heart sounds Is heard again
This murmur is also heard
Over the clavicle
And over the back
The so called, injection murmur
The hyper tension gives rise
To a loud, accentuated, second, aortic
The rhythm of these sounds suggests a galloping horse
Its usually due to overloading the left ventricle
Caused by conditions such as hyper tension or elisions
Of the myocardium”
